Great fun was had by all on the annual end of year trip. The children had great fun feeding the animals and many of the grown ups enjoyed the chocolate cake!
May 2010 - Carnival
All Saints Pre-School celebrates the Ocean and wins again
The float scooped the award for Most Original Float. With the children dressed in blue capes and crowns, waving pictures of sea creatures.
The weather stayed dry which was fantastic. Definitely a day to remember.
April 2010 - Bluebell Woods
Spring has sprung with a trip to Bluebell Woods
Spring has sprung at the group and they went on their annual trip and picnic to the woods.
All the bluebells were in full bloom and the children enjoyed exploring the woods,trees and plants. The highlight of the morning was wading through the mud in their wellies!

All Saints Pre-School goes �Wild� at Carnival
& Scoops Winner�s Award
Pupils at All Saints Pre-School are beaming with pride after being awarded �Winner of the Best Decorated Float� at the Ilkley Carnival.
The pre-schoolers, aged between two and a half and four years let their �Imaginations Run Wild� at the carnival, as they dressed as their favourite hero, princess or cartoon character and proudly rode aboard their awardwinning, toy box-themed float.
The children�s eclectic collection of characters included Superman, Spiderman, Cinderella, Snow White, Sportacus from Lazy Town, Woody from Toy Story and a number of pirates, dragons, fairies, cheerleaders and clowns.
The youngsters quickly got into the spirit of the parade, as they waved enthusiastically and smiled at the crowds lining the streets. Some children rang bells or threw sweets whilst others waved flags that read �When I grow up I want to be ��
Vicky Wood, All Saints Pre-School Leader commented; �The children returned to pre-school after the bank holiday, full of smiles and pride, not only for having taken part in the carnival, which they thoroughly enjoyed, but for the added bonus of winning an award.
�The children loved getting involved. It is a great way for them to feel part of the community and to join in the fun of the carnival.�

Pirate Day
The children visited the library for Pirate Day. They had a lovely time and listened to the Pirate Stories. Other users of the library commented upon how well behaved the children were and how nicely they listened to the stories.
Life Bus
The Children visited the Life Bus at All Saints School. They had a great time experiencing the lights & sounds and meeting Harold the Giraffe.

Fireman Dad comes to preschool!

We are able to provide a safe and warm environment for children to learn and develop. We have a large number of resources to enable the children to explore both the indoor and outdoor environment. We believe that giving the children a variety of experiences which include a number of trips out within the local community help and support their learning.
We are Ofsted inspected and therefore follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Guidance and strongly believe that children develop and learn through play. We also work closely with All Saints’ Primary School and other local primary schools to ensure a smooth transition to school for every child. We operate a equal opportunities policy in which every child is valued regardless of sex, faith, religion, skin colour or culture.
